The HjClean aseptic filling isolator adopts an integrated enclosed chamber structure and is equipped with a VHP vaporized hydrogen peroxide in-situ sterilization system, paired with an independent catalytic residue removal module. It can achieve efficient biological decontamination of the chamber, transfer chamber and material surfaces. After sterilization, hydrogen peroxide residues are rapidly decomposed to ensure process safety. The device is built with an automatic chamber leak detection function; the sterilization process can only start when the tightness test passes. It is fitted with an interlock protection mechanism for doors, which prevents arbitrary opening of chamber doors during sterilization and production operations to eliminate contamination risks caused by misoperation.

Optimized unidirectional flow design is adopted inside the isolator to continuously maintain a Grade A clean environment, achieving complete physical isolation between operators and products and significantly reducing particulate and microbial contamination introduced by manual operations under the traditional B+A clean mode. The inner surfaces of the chamber are treated with bacteriostatic finishing to reduce microbial harborage sites. Combined with a high-performance HMI human-machine interaction system and computerized validation software, it collects key parameters such as temperature, humidity, differential pressure and VHP concentration in real time throughout the process, automatically generates complete sterilization curves and operation logs, supports audit trails, meets compliance requirements for electronic records and data integrity, and adapts to GMP inspections as well as full-set IQ/OQ/PQ validation work.

The product supports modular customization and can connect with upstream and downstream equipment including filling machines, vial conveying systems and freeze dryers to realize enclosed material transfer. It can be applied to mass production of commercial aseptic formulations, and also meet the flexible production needs of lab-scale and pilot-scale new drug research and development, adapting to filling scenarios of multiple product categories such as injections, biological products and cell therapies.
