Scope and operator
This policy describes personal-information processing by Suzhou HJClean Tech Co., Ltd. (苏州鸿基洁净科技股份有限公司, “HJ”) through hjclean.com. It covers browsing, product inquiries and authorized administrator use. The website is intended for business procurement and technical inquiries, not services directed at children.
Information you submit
The contact form collects your name, telephone number, company and project requirements; email is optional. It also stores the submission time, source page path, requested product, language and a duplicate-prevention identifier. We use this information only to receive, assign, handle and respond to your inquiry. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Provide only necessary information; do not include identity documents, bank details, medical information or unrelated information about others.
Access logs and administrator information
To operate the site, diagnose faults and prevent abuse, servers record IP addresses, request methods, paths, response status, response size and processing time. Administrator accounts also involve email, name, role, login sessions and multi-factor authentication information for identity and access management. Administrator information is not intended for public display.
Cookies and similar technology
The hj_locale cookie remembers Chinese or English preferences for one year and may be refreshed on subsequent visits. Administrator authentication uses cookies with the hj_admin prefix; server login sessions normally last eight hours. Browser controls can clear or restrict cookies, which may affect preferences or administrator login. The site currently has no third-party advertising or behavioral analytics tools. If these are introduced, we will update this policy and obtain any required consent.
Storage, access and service providers
The website database and routine application backups are hosted in Alibaba Cloud’s Shanghai region in mainland China. Only authorized personnel access personal information to handle inquiries, manage accounts, maintain systems and perform related duties; Alibaba Cloud supports hosting and backups as an infrastructure provider. We do not sell or publicly disclose personal information obtained through this site, and we currently do not transfer identifiable inquiry or administrator records outside China. If processing arrangements or recipients change, we will provide notice and complete any legally required steps. If you continue communicating with us by telephone, email or WeChat, the rules of those channels’ service providers also apply.
Retention and deletion
Inquiry records are kept for no more than six months from submission; HJ reviews them monthly and deletes records when due. A legal obligation or a specific dispute or investigation may require limited, restricted retention for longer. Identifiable access and security logs are kept for six months, or longer where required by law or necessary to address a security incident. Administrator account information is kept while access is authorized and for no more than six months after access ends, then deleted or anonymized unless law requires retention. Routine application backups follow a ten-day retention policy, although lifecycle deletion may take a little longer. Backups are used for recovery, not routine inquiry handling. Copies of records deleted from the live system are removed as the backups expire.
Your rights and privacy requests
Subject to applicable law, you can request access, a copy, correction, completion or deletion of personal information, withdraw consent and request an explanation of processing rules. Withdrawal does not affect lawful processing before withdrawal. Call 400-6555-379 to make a privacy request; hotline staff will route it to the person responsible for personal-information protection at HJ. We may reasonably verify identity to protect your information and will respond in a timely manner as required by law. market@hjclean.com is for general business inquiries, not the designated privacy-request channel.
Security, external sites and updates
Access controls, administrator multi-factor authentication and backups help protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security. External sites and services have their own privacy rules. If processing purposes, information types or methods change, we will update this policy, explain material changes and obtain any renewed consent required by law. This policy takes effect when formally published on hjclean.com.
